- Yes, you can use those earbuds on a Windows10 laptop computer, if that laptop has bluetooth (who doesn't nowadays?).
It is very easy to pair, and then you can use it for your Webex or Jabber meetings, Zoom video conferences, and Google Hangouts or Meets ...

if you are struggling with the laptop/computer asking for a pin, follow these steps and it will connect easily
1. go to the Bluetooth menu and keep the earphone case open with both earphones inside
2. make sure the earphones didn't autoconnect toyour phone orother device
3. press on the headphone icon not the computer one

everyone who struggles with your laptop asking for a pin, i contacted JBL customer support and they said that those type of earphones are only compatible with smartphones and tablets. they don't guarantee that the earphones will work with a laptop or pc

thanks! I was looking for information about my JBL's. they connected once then started giving me the wrong icon to connect to bluetooth. I was getting a computer icon instead of the headphones
You need to press the button on the side a little longer then usual until it shows "JBL TUNE225TWS", it worked for me

hi, i have windows 10 and those jbl earphones. I have successfully connected the earphones with my smartphone but on my laptop they wont show up when i try to add them in the bluetooth section. Is there something i can do?
what am I doing wrong? I did the Bluetooth search and it says "Pairing" but not "voice and music?"

I had the same issue, just update the drivers and it should work
Just go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. Then find your device and Right Clic > Properties > "Services" tab and check all the boxes. Restart your computer.
I dont trust people who dont have their taskbar on the bottom of the screen.

It doesn't connect, only Paired status. I tried disconnecting again and tried again and still nothing. On mobile device there's no issue, only to the windows 10 laptop.

mine keep asking for a PW I did 0000, and it still will not link up, to my phone or my tablet

Unfortunately JBL phones only works with Windows to listen music, videos etc. If you want to use the JBL´s mic to make a call (Teams, Jabber, Webex, Skype, Zoom etc) it won´t work.
The same headphones I’m using right now work fine for my phone then I try and connect them to my computer and it asks for a code I don’t have? Do u know what the issue is?

I bought this product recently which works fine (when they are connected to my mobile phone and to my laptop) except that when I connect them to my laptop Windows 10 and I attend a Teams meeting or Zoom meeting, they do not work. Indeed, they work fine when I record with voice recorder and when I watch videos on PC. Do you encounter the same problem as I? Thanks.

@@mariedeceuninck7537 no, I did not find the solution. I connect this product to my laptop to watch netflix but I use my mobile phone and the jbl to have teams meetings...
JBL´s support keeps saying that´s a "Windows driver problem" but, even using the latest drivers, it doesn´t work. You can see that, when you get a headset certified for calls using Windows, all models comes with a proprietary USB Bluetooth connector with it.

I am using JBL TUNE225TWS but it says JBL TUNE225TWS-LE to connect to but i get error, Try connecting your device again. I even got it to ask for a PIN code?!?!? please help me. This is ridiculous how I cannot get this to work.
This video was about the 220TWS, i am not sure about the 225TWS how they work and connect!?
I had the same problem with my JBL tune225tws, too. My laptop also showed me two symbols with "JBL TUNE225TWS-LE". I pressed the buttons on the side a little but longer then usual, then they started to glow blue and on my laptop it said "JBL TUNE225TWS" and audio or something, clicked on it and it was able to connect. I can not guarantee if it works, but for me it did. Good luck.

In my case they didn't want to connet because i already had another bluetooth headphones connected as bt audio device, try to unpair all other audio devices first

Hey! I tried to connect mine too but it didn't work. When you connected, headphone symbol was shown but in mine computer screen and a CPU types symbol showed up while finding the bluetooth device. I hope you understood what I am trying to tell you. Please can you tell me what to do now?

Thought this will help someone struggling to pair their JBL TUNE 220 TWS with android and laptops.
I recently purchased a JBL TUNE 220 TWS and it connected to my iPhone without requiring a pin, but it did require a pin for my Android phone and laptop.
To connect the earbuds to my laptop, I followed the steps below:
I put the earbuds back in my container and double-checked that there were no other active Bluetooth devices near my laptop. I reopened the container and then I clicked add Bluetooth devices and seeing the proper pairing device popped up and that didn't require a password. I can also use these earbuds to make an audio/video call via MS Teams.
To connect the earbuds to my Android, I followed the steps below:
I put the earbuds back in my container and double-checked that there were no other active Bluetooth devices in the nearby area of my Android, and I reopened the container and then when I clicked find Bluetooth devices, it finally displayed the proper pairing device that didn't require a password. Now everything is fine.

This was helpful and worked (Sep,2022). We deactivated all other Bluetooth devices and only connected the laptop in isolation.

i think it's 0000, it says it somewhere in the manual. could be wrong, not 100% sure, but worth a try!

I have two questions:
1. Do these lag while watching TH-cam Videos?
2. Can these be connected to multiple devices? Like can I keep it connected to laptop and phone and switch between them seamlessly?

1. yes, there is a little lag, you can see it when people talk and you can see their lips.
2. Yes, but it is not seamlessly. Once you have a device connected, you manually need to disconnect before the other device can connect and vice versa. Some button pushing is involved.

My other Bluetooth devices have so little latency it's not even noticeable when I connect them to my PC. But these things have around 300ms
