A recent discovery on mob is that you can open regular doors if you enter afterlife near them, so he literally spawned right next to the door and was able to open it for free

I'm assuming you just gotta be quick whenever you gain control of your character, and are you talking about strafe jumping? If so you move faster when you strafe jump.
its the spawn location, when the game starts during the black screen, the doors (and anything interactable) are interactable, so he just walks back and opens the door during the black screen.
Can we have a controls reveal please, I'm quite new to bo2 pc as I usually play on a console and idk what controls I should be running, like the strafe and stuff

Its part of the original game files, he is simply playing on another launcher to make it easier to restart

Are you doing solo play? Solo play gives 3 whereas playing on custom games gives you one as if it were a multiplayer match.
Play on solo, even if it says looking for more players you can start it solo and you will have 3

fps depend on what you want to do, if you want to move faster then 60 or 125
Play at 90FPS for this speedrun so that you can open the spawn door straight away, FOV is up to you
