I mean i dont know if these games are now elevated to be more dangerous, but Sou was like "dude i got your back so lets go win this" kind of vibe. I love that change in him. My favorite character because of his backstory and how cool his Ace is.

His end goal was to have the greatest fight and he did that by making everyone better. He was thwarted by the evil team Blackout because they thought it was ok to be mid as long as you had fun.
My boy Jinki and his ace card Alden are back! From the character synopsis seems like Jinki is trying to atone for his sins and trying to be a good guy , so idk why he is in the Destined Ones team , but his Alden is the " Destined One of Protection" .

@@JustANewHunter yeah she played dark states here and there it was just mostly off screen battles. Plus with how season 1 took that turn her future self went full keter. But in this new timeline she doesn’t need to go full keter. So that first ending with the two deck boxes was actually Hikari’s two decks so that was some fire foreshadowing.
@@hannals9347 there was also a lot of implications that hikari was possibly a top tier fighter because she didn't have a limitation as to what clans she could use. since outside of the line of her saying she could fight on an even playing field against fighters in deluxe (though frankly its easy to assume she was grandstanding), there has only been 4 other characters that have used multiple nations before, and all 4 of them are top tier fighters in their verse.
It feels good to actually be excited for the series again. I actually have a good bit of hype this time around but poor akina cant catch a break huh? 😅

Pay close attention to what Akina says in 0:56 I think he is taking about the Hikari that disappeared after Akina made his wish. Losing her could have caused Present hikari to change dramatically, and that’s why he wants to save the other version of her.
I think sybilt will mix a lot of things up because of present hikari’s lack of knowledge of the fated clash and make her hate him because in a way he “killed” future hikari and may have cursed her fate.

I have caught up with Divinez and it feels a lot better than what that crap of a fanfic called OverDress that I didn't bother watching other seasons past season 1 because of how bad OverDress was. With Divinez, it at least feel like a true Vanguard show than what OverDress was. Tho I kinda wished they would animate other fights than just ace monsters. I want to see rear guards fight, too. Then it'll be a 100% proper Vanguard show. Now we're getting a new story and new characters that we have never seen before, so this might be interesting considering how good this first season was. In fact, it makes me want to return to the TCG scene if they release any good cards.
Hey, if you haven't already I recommend you to watch will+dress which is the prequel to divinez. Mind you that they still have the overdress cast but trust me it gets way better. The story has more substance and the fights are overall good with banger OST's
