Exact. I have high speculations that the audio is fabricated in some way or Jeffree manipulated someone into thinking they were actually a victim like what happened before with the waiter boy. If this audio is true hes just using his word of mouth (which no one believes by now because of everything J continues to do) so is essentially protecting a predator by not handing it over to police so legal action can be taken to actually take James down. The fact that Jeffree loves to take James down and wants him gone but hasn't done that speaks volumes. Actions always speak louder than words and at this moment in time the allegations and the audio don't seem true at all otherwise he would've gone straight to the police with the audio.
