I have Tourette's. The most common way that people react is they laugh because they think I'm, like, trying to be funny. There was this one interview where they didn't tell me they weren't gonna cut the questions out. So I'm I'm sitting there answering the questions like, uh-huh. They start asking me question, I'm like and then everyone's like, that's so funny. And I'm always left incredibly offended by that.
David Letterman was very kind and thoughtful when he discussed tourette's with Billie. He seemed genuinely interested in learning about it and how it has affected her life.

I worked with a girl who had Tourettes, I don't where she went after she was let go by the Dr. I hope she is doing well. She is a sweet young lady !!

@@iheartbillie even though I understand the point you are trying to make, even though he did kill himself it was due to a rare form of dementia that was very difficult on him and his family and him committing suicide was more about stopping the suffering that would have ended in death.
@@theonly_august it means that the trials and tribulations you might have as an average citizen with that condition is something she does not have to worry about like if she was a cashier security guard or a food server having this condition will make life very hard for you but if you’re filthy rich, and everyone loves you because you’re talented you kind of don’t have to deal with the hardships of having that condition in the same manner as common folk…. And that is just a fact. If I’m missing one eye, but I’m filthy rich my eyeball might make it hard to find love, but it won’t make it hard to find women. I’m rich as if I was poor. I won’t be able to get the same caliber of women because I’m poor and I have only one eyeball.😂 but whatever get your feelings what’s true is true
