Have you already received the May software update for your device?
Just saw your comment, no think they said there was a problem with the May update thus the delay if I had to guess. Updates are usually on time. While writing this I just checked again and the update is out for May now and I am downloading it-better late than never I guess.

I have. A model g975f but it has 2 imei numbers is it fake or not
The International Versions of the Galaxy S10 and other phones have two SIM slots and also two IMEI numbers and are legit devices from Samsung. That alone however is not enough to tell if your device is real or fake though.

After 1 week of having this phone the charging port started smelling of decomposing bodies
How come? Did you use the inbox charger or do you have moisture in the port mines smelling fine. also which version?

Well in the charge port, but for that you would not have to open it. Unless you mean on the inside and again Samsung has very exact standards in the assembly factory so its unlikely insects got inside. Might be a battery or other electrical issue.
