The more I listen this song, the more I analyze it, the more aI like it. First hearing, I felt confused. Now, I consider it another master piece from him.
The last two Gilmour led Pink Floyd albums (e.g., Momentary Lapse Of Reason, Division Bell) and his last 3 solo albums (e.g., On An Island, Rattle That Lock, Luck And Strange 3 tracks) are reminders that Gilmour was Pink Floyd's melodic heart and soul. I'm looking forward to receiving my September order of Luck And Strange.
we all like to compare the songs release off this album. i didnt like the song at first, but i know that listen more times i could understand it better. and now, after listen multiple times, its start to be good and enjoyable. great video and hugs from 🇧🇷
I love Rattle That Lock. The title track is ok, and the other single Today is ok, but I love the other songs better. I will say his last two albums took me some time to fully settle into my soul. And hearing the songs live, they took on a different life for me. This song I think is one of those that I would call a “grower”, it’s nice on first listen and it will age like a fine wine the more we hear it.

Meh. Almost as boring as some of Waters Music.
Waters needs Gilmour, Gilmour needs Waters. This is Rattle that Lock part 2
