Very good question! This really depends a lot...of the methodology, or teacher,...I think for learning before learning other positions, it’s good to know the 1st position very good. About vibrato, this depends a lot. I like to teach to my students quite early on (not too early of course). Because vibrato is a thing that we learn for our whole life. I think I will make a video in the new future about vibrato and my thoughts about it!
