It's a minor detail that some may not even have noticed, but the 2nd and 4th pics in the artwork slideshow weren't cropped properly and were hidden behind the gameplay lol. everything else is the same
I can't believe I didn't leave a comment on this one yet! This is one of my favorite credits themes of all time and the Genesis twang is really something to behold here!
If I were to take a wild guess, my guess is that the composers thought voice sampling in the video game music they made for the X-Men games was an interesting novelty to show off what they could do with the music in contrast to previous arcade and console hardware, which wasn't as available.
