In This Video we are here with an video on all Commercial and Residential projects located on Faisalabad Samundri Road. Before going to the reviews of the society let me start by giving some info on Samundri Road.
We Will be starting from D Type Chowk, Samundari is the oldest road of Faisalabad, it is a good place for investors as well as residents. On this road famous places like general hospital is located and Kohinoor Grammar School & Titanic Resort and famous Al Aziz Hotel.
Now We are going east from Samundari Road, First comes the Gate of Defence Road where plots of 3 Marla & 12 Marla size plots are available.
After crossing DHA next comes the gate of Allied City Market, here the cutting of plots are from 5 marla to 2 kanal.
-After crossing Allied City Market next comes the gate of Chenab Gardens, The total colony covers area of 1400 Kanal.
-After crossing Chenab Gardens next comes the gate of Allied Emporium, here construction of commercial markets and shops are in progress.
-After crossing Allied Emporium next comes the gate of Dream Villas, here Parks , Mosques are available .
-After crossing Dream Villas next comes the gate of The Meadows Phase 1, here plot sizes are of 5 marla, 7 marla & 10 Marla . Construction work is at fast pace.
-After crossing The Meadows Phase 1 next comes the gate of Valencia Garden. Here all the facilities like Electricity , Gas and Water are available.
-After crossing Valancia Garden next comes the gate of Seghal City on the Left Side. On one side Samundri road is located and on the other side Rehmana Road is located. Plot sizes of 5 Marla to 1 Kanal Are available in this society.
-After crossing Seghal City next comes the gate of Four Season's. Its almost 2 km away from Faisalabad bypass. Plot sizes of 5 Marla, 7 Marla and 10 Marla Are available in this society.
-After crossing Fours Season's next comes the gate of Deen's Paradise 1. Plot sizes of 5 Marla to 1 Kanal Are available in this society.
