Hi there. Just watched a video from your October round up of costs. You mentioned the cost of wifi on the ship, while I am not super tec savvy I use a hotspot when I travel out of the country. Most cell phones have hotspot functionality built in but if yours doesn’t you can purchase for anywhere from $30 to $60 an external hotspot. Your cellular provider can set up your hotspot and you can pay by the amount you need for what you would use it for like videos ect. Months you don’t need it you can skip use with many providers. My husband used our to go to Asia and it cost $95 for the largest plan our provider has. He didn’t come close to using all of it. Then I cancelled it once he was back. We have used it on cruises before as well so I thought it might be a cost saver for you. Hope it helps. What an awesome and exciting life changing experience. Happy Cruising! ❤
Thank you very much. I am not familiar with what you just said as every time I checked into Hotspots I was told that they connect to cell phone towers and, of course, there are no cell phone towers at sea. When I am in ports or anywhere near land, I already use hotspot on my phone to connect with cell towers so I don't need anything separate for those times. If I can figure how to use it at sea, that would be a blessing! 🤗
@ the way I understand it, it’s a backdoor so to speak. We used a hotspot device separate from our phone. It still connects to the ships wifi, but you aren’t paying the cruise you are paying your cellular provider. I’m not sure exactly how to explain it because I didn’t set it up my husband did. Sorry if I just confused you or gave you incorrect information. I know it can depend on your provider so maybe that’s the issue. Either way keep on cruising.
@ ❤️May God Bless you & be with you. I am grateful for your videos. Keep up the awesome work. You lay everything out so nicely. I’d love to have dinner with you if we meet.
These two ladies were awesome! They explained everything to me as well. Independence slots were very loose, I paid nothing to gamble they paid me plus I won.
Awesome deal Lynnelle, cruise taxes, gratuities, and port fees covered with a few extra dollars to spare. You are living the dream. Continued Blessings and Peace 🙏 ✝️ 🕊 Happy Cruising 🛳 🚢
Just found your channel. I enjoyed your video. You go girl!! Seems like your channel is fairly new? Please tell me what I need to do to learn how to do just what you're doing.
@helloyall4355 Hi. 👋🏽 Yes. I went on my first free cruise in April and started cruising full-time in July. You'll need to check out other videos on the channel and I'd suggest the very first video; the link is in the description of this video. Welcome aboard. 🤗🛳
@@PovertyToParadise I'm watching them now. LoL. I'm an empty nester, retired and everything I have is bought and paid for. Of course, being retired does have its limits. I travel solo all the time. In 2 years, I've gone on 13 cruises and brought my son with me in May. Other than that, I go alone. Now we are going on a Norwegian cruise this up coming week. I love NCL and loyal to Royal. NCL just has a better solo program and a solo studio lounge, which I love.
I've heard about NCL's solo program and although I have never sailed with them, I was VERY close. Actually, I had a cruise booked for 12/14 on NCL Epic but then Princess gave me a FREE cruise, so I cancelled NCL. I still want to try them one day. Thanks for sharing that. P.S. You can no longer say you are "Loyal to Royal" 😆😂😆
Great Job! Now, which cruise line do you prefer? Carnival or RC? Ive only done Carnival and have built up my VIFP points, that I do not want to switch to another cruise line just yet.
@@PovertyToParadise That's awesome, i have used the free laundry service on Carnival, but for some reason, but can't seem to get a good casino deal. I played a good bit on the Mardi Gras in April but didn't get any great offers.
I wish Carnival would set up a transparent point system like other cruise lines do. It's so annoying to wonder why some people get free cruises and others do not!!! 😬
@koompaloompa1695 Hi. 👋🏽 I don't answer those types of questions as they are borderline tax advice and out of the scope of the content of this channel. Thanks for watching. I hope you achieve that goal. 🤗🛳🙏🏽
Welcome. I don't know enough about you to recommend a ship. It depends on your personality, your budget, who is cruising with you, what is the purpose of your cruise. For example, if you are a single person who likes to party, Carnival or Virgin or even one of the bigger Royal ships might be a good fit. If you are more laid back and want to be pampered, maybe a smaller Royal or Celebrity ship. When I sailed with my kids, they LOVED Royal ships because of the family activities like the kids clubs, ice skating, rock climbing walls, FlowRider, parades on board, etc. As a budget cruiser, I have only sailed Carnival and Royal. You might want more high end and Disney, Princess, or NCL might be better for you. If you don't know what you want and a tight budget is the ONLY factor, I would start with MSC and look for cruises on Cruise Plum. This video may be helpful: th-cam.com/video/cHiZcymJDDQ/w-d-xo.html
I’m currently sailing B2B2B on Serenade of the Seas and my husband is playing in the casino, hoping to earn some free cruises! Thank you for your informative and enjoyable content!

I love that you won enough to pay for your cruise. How awesome!
Thank you. 🙌
Thank you for sharing your video
How awesome 👏
We mostly cruise from Galveston bc we live in Texas. It’s convenient to drive.
I can understand that. A Galveston cruise is better than no cruise at all. 🤗🙌🚢
Congratulations 🎉 on your free cruise on RC! Enjoy! 😊
@@valrice817 👋🏽🙌🏽🛳Thank you
We got a free casino cruise years ago. Hoping to land some deals soon again. Lucky playing on that freeplay! Gotta love it! ❤
Congrats, on your winning.
On an 80-cent bet. Enjoy your life.

Wonderful! 🏆
Fantastic ❤
Love watching you
Thanks 🤗
Indoubt the whole ship got the Chef’s treats. They are given to Diamond and higher on 5+ nights.
Hey sis, I played that game on Carnival jamboree and did very well on it
Hahaha. It didn't do well on Independence of the Seas, but it normally does VERY WELL. Glad it did well for you! 🏆🙌🤗

Hi Lynelle! ❤❤
Hello Ms. Kathy. Good to see you. 🤗🌻
Lynnelle, its my middle name. 😊 You're just amazing. Love the content
Yay! Thank you! Your middle name?
@PovertyToParadise yep.

@allenbateman3518 😂🤣 I prefer Royal, but Carnival has given me more FREE cruises plus I get free laundry on Carnival. 🤗🏆

Do you have to report the free cruise and voucher winnings as income on taxes? Love your videos. Someday I hope to cruise mostly full time.

So i am a newbie newbie. Which ship do you recommend
