I bought mine I don’t know if you can hire them. It cost £404 for the whole thing I’ve not experienced it blocking. It’s not squeezed with pressure so the whole mix separates and blocks with sand. It all comes out together on like a large drill bit so you don’t get that 😀👍🏻

Definitely need to use the magic sponge behind that pointing gun but definitely looks quicker but it's a trade of as you are gaining speed but looks like more work getting a nice finish, why do you not rake out all joints and start pointing from top down👍
I find even when you point by hand you always get a bit on them smooth face brick. So you end up wiping them any way. I just find it fills the joints easier. I do normally work from the top but because the other lad was using it to grind out I started at the bottom. Just gets the job done ✅ 👍🏻👍🏻

We use these all the time definitely speeds job up 2 men can do over 25 metre a day with 1 on gun and 1 pointing

Well it’s the same process isn’t it? Use the gun to put in the muck then tuck point it using a tuck pointer

I try to let the neighbours know then they’re usually not as bad as long as you clean up 🧼 😂👍🏻
