All I care about with MHA is the sick characters and seldomly well-animated fight scenes. Yes, I’ve had the patience to binge the entire show and watch the characters develop.
i think its because ppl have variety now, back when mha was first coming out it was one of the most popular at its time. Nowadays we have a whole library full of top tier anime, solo leveling, jjk, ds, shi like that. The fandom probably had a significant part in it also.
I’ll say that manga authors create great character, make cool designs, and are very creative. BUT, the vast majority are bad writers (except for Oda with One Piece & Togashi with HxH). When we’re watching anime based off manga, we are pulled in by the characters, world, and animation, but lose interest when we actually follow the story. Because it’s bad. MHA is just another example of this. No spoilers, but I am a manga reader. I found myself rolling my eyes at the chapters of MHA leading into the ending. Such a shame. Things didn’t sense, lots of loose ends and it seemed the guy just stopped trying. You can see it with so many fandoms like AOT, Bleach and Naruto/Boruto. Horrible finishes to things that started off great. It’s a story-writing problem.
Yeah you kind of tell Horikoshi was trying to be done with it at the point, from what I heard he was pressured by the editors as well and he was experiencing burnout to some degree. Can't blame the guy tbh I think MHA could benefit from spin offs focusing on the world within or shorter stories focusing on individual characters, cause there's good ideas there that need to be fleshed out a bit more...
Not a surprise there, random “upcoming” youtuber trying to farm views through making a “ragebaitting” title and thumbnail about an nonexistent problem for an anime/manga series currently hitting its peak and striving in success. as soon as season 7 ended and movie finally came out, the series fallen off even though the movie reached the highest in its box office in yen over a billion? this is so silly😭🙏🏻
Rage Bait Title is Crazy 🤣🤣 Mags is simply not generating the same amount of hype and conversation compared to how hype it was a few years ago. Midoriya vs muscular almost broke the internet. But the “death” of Bakugo was only appreciate by die hard fans and the few stragglers such as myself of who’ve stayed behind. Demon Slayer has undoubtedly passed this show. MHA is not trash now. But it’s just not as exciting as it was before and this final arc has also taken a dip in quality in terms of the narrative.

My guy, you do know there were more scenes after this that “broke the internet” as well? not even in the recent episodes and seasons but in season 4 with Midoriya vs Overhaul or even All Might vs All for One? Like assuming that you said that you stayed behind meaning you had no idea and no intention of paying attention to the story and the surrounding situation around it so ofc to a bystander, it would be “fallen off” and Bakugou death was foreshadowed by a landslide several times so i wouldn’t expect a suspecting death to be hyped when its in your face 24/7. If we’re being for real, MHA and DS have the same level of storytelling. The only thing that puts Demon Slayer above all else is it’s animation and that’s it because in the manga for Demon Slayer, the ending took a dip in quality. Same for JJK, FF and so on. like i said this shit is so silly💀
