    Hi!! i have a question for you.. What if i want to use a template to close tickets which in the comment has the user's email, something like: "Credentials were sent to XXXX@XXXX". Is there something i can pull to obtain the email from the already existing "Requested for email" field ?

      Hi Esteban, thanks for your question. There is nothing that can really do this OOTB as you would have to build something that runs a script to get that information but that doesn't stop you from say building a canned response feature that can actually run scripts and dynamically populate information like that into the comments.

    Hello! how did you make your Group Name look like that? like multiple groups in a text box (th-cam.com/video/P_7mrdWPX6c/w-d-xo.html). I keep rewatching your video, but it never shows that. It only shows the no_filter and glide_list.. I am trying to do a record producer... I think what you are showing us is in Portal, that is why it looks so different right. Can I add th-cam.com/video/P_7mrdWPX6c/w-d-xo.html in my record producer? The Group Name part.
