Came upon your site. My machine was buĝered as you say. The gri nder i tore apart like you showed. The other part i put in the dishwasher and then used a bottle brush. Works like a champ now. Thanks for showing up the breakdown.

Nick - Your videos and your website have saved my backside more than once, but I have a problem which I haven't seen you address yet. My tray sensor switch is apparently malfunctioning. It shows the tray is missing even when it's not. I opened the unit and it appears a small tab on the switch is broken. I jumped the switch and that error disappeared, but the empty grounds indicator is now illuminated.
I suspect the same module functions in both capacities....so I need a replacement.
I didn't see one on your site, nor have I seen one on eBay.
Am I correct with my assessment? Do you know where to find one?

Hi Nick, I have a Jura Impressa c5 which just quit working. No lights, nothing. Power outlet is working, i tested it with another appliance. Is there an overload circuit breaker of did the circuit board die? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Karen

Hi Nick,
I have a Jura X7-S which was programmed by the local tech to not switch the grinders with the grinders switch at the front of the unit. I would like to switch it back to the original setting. How do I do that?
The reason for this question is because the local service centre does not want to support (or can't) this unit other than general service... I am a technician who deals with TV's and soundsystems and have pulled appart my unit many times and cleaned it through way better then the local service centre...
can you help, advice?

Nick C5 quit working. No lights nothing. I have power to the outlet. Is there a overload circuit breaker inside or did the motherboard go. Do you have a video addressing this problem if you do please send me the link thank you Dave Carlson

Hello Nick,
Can you help me diagnose my problem. I have a F9 Jura and suddenly the milk frother spout does not work. The water appears to drain directly in the coffee grinds basket. So, no steam or water is coming through the spout.
Is this something I can fix?

hey nick just wondering if you have any idea what would be stopping my motor reversing it bring the large white cogwheel up towards the top of the machine, but it just keeps going and not reversing, shows up as error 8. but wondering if you might have seen this problem before i have the same coffee machine above. Thanks Leo. ;-)

The knob for volume of coffee on my Jura E85 turns fine, but it doesn't reduce the volume unless I jiggle it or turn it really slowly. How can I fix it? Thanks.

Yasou Nick i need your help my Ena 9 machine is stopping through the milk foaming cycle, the pump sounds like its still pumping but no milk is coming through the spout just spurts of milk and then nothing. Sometimes the milk starts coming out again right at the end of the cycle. I noticed the coffee comes out with no problem its only during milk frothing cycle. every now and then my pump stops and i notice steam around my brewer. what do you think mate

Thanks for the videos. Can you please show how to reassemble the coffee grinder on a jura. I took mine apart to clean it. There are markings on it, perhaps left by the company engineers . But I can't seem to put it back the same way. The coffee is coming out too light. Thank. I would really appreciate any advice.
