    Was having a rough time with Aleks and you have truly been a godsend this semester. Really appreciate your walk through and explanations as I'm also a visual learner. Can't thank you enough for this and all of your other Aleks videos.

    Agree with the others! Incredibly thankful for your videos and I hate Aleks.
    However... on this one... Aleks says this is wrong and is having me answer as "Na +; Na +2; Na +3" etc.... any thoughts ?

      It sounds like maybe you have a different version of the problem - did yours maybe say 11 protons instead of 11 electrons? Na2+ would have only 9 electrons, Na3+ would only have 8 electrons, so those could not have been answers to the problem that I've shown in this video.
