- This one's not so good considering it is done on WMM which I haven't really done a real video on for a while, but I kind of liked the idea of the audio here, mixing the line from the show "After the fire that consumed everything" with "just gonna stand there and watch me burn" because like, fire... and burning... get it? So I got the audio and had nothing to do with it and it kind of ended up morphing into a trailer of sorts for the new Andrew Lloyd Webber show Love Never Dies.
I tried to be really unbiased for this one and take away a lot of my pairings and use the cannon ones. I think it worked... but you can tell me if it did or not, I guess! haha. I also tried to use more press clips and photos rather than videos of Phantom because I liked the challenge of making a strictly Love Never Dies video.
The plot/ story line:
Meg Giry- In Love Never Dies, Meg becomes a prostitute in order to pick up some extra money for the Phantom, who her mother and she has been helping for the past 10 years after smuggling him to America. Meg desperately desires some sort of recognition and affection from the Phantom, but he does not give it to her. In this video, I also try and show that Meg desires affection from her mother, who is harsh on her, "not only as your mother, but as your producer." Her family is falling apart and Meg feels utterly alone, but the fact that maybe the Phantom is writing this Aerie for her... She can lie to herself, and she loves the way Erik lies. cheesy lyric connection cue now
Christine Daae (de Changey)- In Love Never Dies, the deadly love triangle continues and Christine is still desperately torn between the Phantom and Raoul. She loves the Phantom still, she really does, but she is now married to Raoul and he needs her.
Raoul de Changey- In Love Never Dies, Raoul is in need of money to support his wife and child (yes, you heard me. A ten year old son named Gustave). This constant pressure causes him to drink in access. In Love Never Dies, Raoul is a drunk. He wants so much to stop and give Christine everything she deserves, but he just can't stop this addiction with alcohol. He likes the way it hurts. cue number two!!
Madame Giry- Madame Giry is upset with Erik. After all that her daughter and she have done for him, he refuses to notice them and only obsesses over Christine. I secretly think she's also just longing for her baby girl to be a little happy, but that's bias, and I'm not supposed to have that in my video. ;D
The Sea- (yes I am aware that the clips don't match the sound, but the audio for that video was really loud and taken from a home video so there was really annoying background noise- I just couldn't do it. So just pretend with me.) Listen to "Why Does She Love Me" from the sound track. Meg describes the sea as her escape. "Let it set me free, let the past unwind. Leave the hurt behind." Thus it goes at the end of the video! haha.
Gunshot- yes, you heard a gunshot at the end. I will not, however, tell you its significance. That is a secret of the show. You'll just have to watch it or BUY the recording to find the secret. ;D
Long story short- Love Never Dies characters have ANGST. haha. Yeah, enjoy, though! After all, it's only for you!

@elphaba08457332233 reread the first sentence ENTIRELY. haha. :)P I am unhappy with a few things I know would have been fixed on Sony Vegas (that bit where it zooms from left to right on Christine), so that's more what I meant.
