We weren't even expecting anything for KD, and we have a all-star and potentially one of the greatest young players today? Our starting lineup just got younger, and he has so much for his future. D'Angelo isn't KD, but KD isn't D'Angelo. I expect good things for D'Angelo. So in my opinion, the Warriors are down, but certainly not out.

Speculating, he probably had dinner over Westbrook's house many times and was likely a friend to Westbrook's wife and children. He should have gone to Westbrook's house and given all of them a goodbye hug and then called the Warriors and Thunder with his decision after he returned to his home. I thought after that he would stay OFFICIALLY being accepted as a Warrior and changing the narrative but he left. Was kinda sad because Golden State damn near blew up the team.

Im sad hearing this and thinking what could or should have been , because in reality every dub fan that i knew couldn't have been happier and probably would have been more vocal and outwardly demonstrative with our appreciation for KD and how much we valued him as a huge part in the Warriors success . The Dubs were an outstanding team before KD joined them , but his signing pushed them into that rare air of a league dominating dynasty. Dubnation knew and appreciated that . What we didn't know was that KD wasn't receiving this message, and it's very unfortunate he left the bay area without knowing how much he was and still is valued by myself and every fan i know.
