This regiment uses golden buttons on the regiment uniform and other regiment uses olive green button. In current scenario we have iconic officer and SSB Mentor Major General Yash More, Sena Medal The brigade of guards regiment. Now retired. Lance Naik Albert Ekka hails from Bihar tribal community and initially was enrolled as sepoy in the Bihar Regiment and later was repatriated with The brigade of guards regiment. In south indian movie named "Captain Prabhakaran" acted by Late Tamil Actor Vijayakanth sir has the privilege of wearing the brigade of guards regiment uniform in the tamil movies.
