  • I found this abandoned 50's farm house while out driving. It was built in the late 50's as a new home for the that already owned the property as I found the ruin of the old farm house behind the 50's house and you can see what's left of the old place when I zoom in threw one of the windows. The new place must have looked very modern when it was built from what I could see of the deco in the kitchen and bathroom. Shame to see it abandoned and just left as it looks like the old lady could no longer look after herself and I think, almost burnt the house down as there appears to have been a fire in the kitchen and maybe then her family put her in a home

+mkuebler5 Looked like it was a pretty good sized home, too. This smaller one had to of replaced the older one, judging from the plot and how the other home must of sat. I could be way off, but my guesstimate. haha

+Blackguard 3:16 the old homestead I zoomed in on at the begining of the video ie: the old chimney stack at the back of the property must have been very impressive in it's day as it had purpose built cement bathroom and laundry rooms with plumbing to septic tank and gas hot water system all of which would have been very expensive and rare over 100 years ago when the house was probably first built. Most of the pan view you saw was the actually property the belonged to the house. Thanks for watching :)

mkuebler5 Wow, that is awesome. Whoever had it, obviously were wealthy by some means, even 20 years ago, that stuff was expensive for a lot of people. I bet that house was big and gorgeous. TY for the info.

The bathrooms and kitchens are always best for historical accuracy. These didn't disappoint! The sink and tub-the surround in the bathroom and the colored cupboards in the kitchen painted to match the floor! And those angled kitchen shelves still had their glass, though the metal dry storage bins and sliding doors were sadly corroded (and looked packed with decaying concrete?). I would Love to have a chance to rescue those pieces!!! Though the textiles in the laundry basket were mostly mid century, the clothing piled and hanging were definitely 80's. [Note the Cosby Sweater as most obvious.] I'm shocked that lamb toy still had pliancy because rubber degradation in toys like that is common. Great explore, thank you!

With all that green land, that large furry beast in the backyard is not called a cow. In my neck of the woods we would call it a "lawn mower"! LOL!!! There is plenty for it to forage on. From what I have been taught, cows can smell water from an amazing distance. It will follow its nose. It is living every cow's dream I'd wager!! lol!! Love your videos! Yes, please chat a bit more. You HAD to know people were going to obsess about the cow, lolol. Guys- she looks to be healthy and just fine. There are different laws in Australia than in the US. Here, you would not see a cow or sheep wandering around, if you did, someone would either call animal control, put it in their freezer, or try to invite it in and make it a pet.

      Go to www.lookoutpintlighthouse.com
to hear some EVPs. Some are abit scary like when you hear "get out !" When I was there we heard a scream, we looked around & found nothing. Then there's a ghost that says who killed a women.
Most EVPs I get aren't nasty. At a graveyard in the day time I got "Hey!" while standing in front of a child's headstone. Then there was a lady's voice,"I can't find me headstone."
The Concord Point Lighthouse, MD. is VERY haunted. Most are nice & some that are not. But they won't say it's haunted on their web site, don't want scared tourists I guess. But I still luv that lighthouse.

We who know Michael’s explores won’t be accusing him of stealing . Sad that people need to rant on about the non-existent theft!
We, who are in Australia, will have seen the termite damage, and won’t have worried about the cow either.
It’s quite normal to see cattle and sheep wandering about on the farmer’s land near abandoned buildings. There will be hundreds if not thousands of acres on farms where there may a few farmhouses no longer in use. A property where there may have a manager’s house, and a house for a worker and his family too. Once those jobs aren’t there any longer, and the termites have moved in, the livestock have the freedom to graze in those areas.

It appears the lady was quite disabled before her passing. Also, evidently elderly. A woman in the 60s or 70s over the age of 68 or so would have work those dresses. Those apparently were hung there on the door when the family was picking out a dress to bury her in. Also from the clothes, she was a widow. Sad.
