- I played 100 days of Stardew Valley. This video took about 25 hours to record and probably around 30 to edit, easily the longest video and the most I've ever tried on a video so I really hope you enjoyed. Other then that thanks a ton for reading this and join my discord :P

Tip on fishing: the distance of the bobber from any land increases the value of the fish. The best river spot is the first longer flat spot south-east of Leah's house, lake is at the mountain lake at the bottom right corner, ocean is left side beneath the lone stone (I think any area below this works too, but the stone is the closest). Good casts give pretty much only gold and iridium fish (or silver early when you can't cast far). These aren't the only good spots, but just goood ones to know since they are the quicker ones to get to. Value doesn't change fishing exp but more money is more money for something so simple.
Additionally, you can only get iridium quality by getting a perfect catch on a gold star fish. So long as the bobber isn't near land and far enough away from land you can get high quality fish very frequently and the mountain lake is the best place since the fish throughout the season's are very easy to catch and can level up your fishing quickly while also making a fair amount of money.
I believe quality does effect exp if u check the fishing exp formula on the wiki? Perfect catches boose quality by one star too.
Watching these types of videos have spoiled later parts of the game for me as a newer player. I didn't expect to learn about so much that could/ would happen. I'm only in winter year 2. My mouth drops with the amount of progress other gamers have made, but I'm grateful to learn tips too. I wish I knew an upgraded watering can could water several plants at once. I thought it just held more water. Anyway, next spring will be my first season with sprinklers. I'm excited about that!

On multiplayer world I got dino egg first week, and prismatic shard instantly after finishing mines

Oh man do not get me started on that dino egg. My very first playthrough I got one very early in the game and donated it. I never got another one and I must of killed 30 dinos. I had to make my sister bring me on of hers in multi player. That save in particular is a sore spot because I got a prismatic shard day 8. Day 8!! From digging an artifact spot. I sold it. Lewis was probably living his best life that day.
I got an dino egg on day 25 but then my game crashed 😭
I've logged 200 hours on Stardew in multiple accounts and still have never gotten a meteor, meanwhile I've gotten 2 dino eggs in a week first spring of the game

I got a Dino egg on day 7 in co op mode
I got 1 in year 11
guys you can just a dino egg by killing pepper rex's in skull cavern usually per run you will get a dino floor so it really should only take 1 or 2 trips to get one
Dino egg is one of the things that you either get one right off the bat or you just won't get it no matter what. On my first ever savefile it took me 6 years to find that egg, and I didn't dig it up or got from fishing chests, I got it by killing the dinosaurs in skull cavern. But on one of my other save file I literally got it on the 4th cast after I got the fishing rod from willy, ON DAY 2.

My first experience at finishing the community center was a nightmare. After forgetting to save one piece of seaweed for the sushi roll, I ended up fishing for over 4 real life hours to try and get one piece of seaweed because my fishing level was too high. Didn't come to mind that buying a bamboo pole from Willy would make those 4 hours about 40 seconds lmao

@@patrickbrinkworth9125 and it's a year two crop, so it's kinda hard to get in year one of the game. After that it's a pretty profitable summer crop
@@asanchezzz6072 U can now guarantee red cabbage seeds to appear in the travelling cart with the advanced settings the option just makes sure u get the red cabbage seed sometime in the first year
I feel for you, losing those seeds. The funny thing is I thought about how far your scarecrow was when I saw where you planted the seeds, but I assumed you had crafted another scarecrow off camera since you obviously know what you are doing in this game, so I didn't give it another thought until THE DAY. A good run, so I'll move on to part two now!

waligug: i completed community center, got all iridium items (besides axe and hoe), fished up 2 legendary fishes, got all skills to level 10 and almost completed the island in 100 days

You made the Walleye WAY more difficult than it needed to be. It's able to be caught from noon until 2am (not midnight until 2am)

It’s completly fine the community center is hard until year 2 for new people like me year one I only completed fall foraging and year 2 I completed 3 complete bundles for greenhouse bus and bridge repair

Well with the 1.5 update there’s an option to have a guaranteed cc completion in 1 year so that definitely makes things easier! But I definitely feel you, my first ever save game completed it in year 4

Not necessarily the best at speedrunning, or combat, or any other ONE skill. But the best at playing well overall, making great content/videos, and in creating a community of friends that are really wholesome.
I love how you just casually make it to floor 170 in a day where I struggled for a year and a half of good look days trying to get to floor 100😅

A tip for completing the animal bundle is to befriend Emily. She can send you wool as a gift when you have any friendship with her. Therefore saving you the effort of getting goat milk

on my first year of summer i bought 205 blueberries along with 56 melons, 8 peppers, 4 tomatos, and 4 hops starters. you can imagine how fun that was. but the stonks was worth the pain

It took me a long time to get an ancient seed and when I finally got it I had a mini heart attack because I didn't expect to get an ancient seed.

I felt physical pain when you lost your only ancient fruit plant.
I also think that doing 1 ingame year would've fitted the theme of the challenge better as it's 112 days total for a full year, not much more than 100. But I enjoyed this nevertheless!
