Jesus should be the first thought on our minds when we arise, go to sleep and when on the cusp of death.

Before Jesus came to this world as a God-man and the Messiah, who was rejected and accepted by those who followed Him, the Law given to Moses was the way people from that time, knew what was right and wrong. But when Jesus came, we are no longer under the Law. He fulfilled the law by dying on the cross and resurrected back to The Father and is sitting on His throne to the right of the Father. Us, being repentful, being born again and transformed from what we were to who we become by the Power of the Holy Spirit is God's connection to us. The new testament was written by inspired followers to tell us Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the life!
Always good preaching, but I don't believe any true believer would commit suicide. Our lives don't belong to us anymore, they are God's. His Spirit in us isn't weak to allow us to commit such a sin against Him.
Some are preaching that we are mini gods. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm thankful that I'm not God. I don't know how people can equate themselves to be God. Did they create the universe or mankind? Are they perfect? To call yourself God is narcissistic. Lovers of self.
So why then are people not keeping all ten commandments. If you break one you are guilty of breaking all. Yet others conveiently leave out some of them . He says if you love me keep my commandments. So it figures that if you dont keep his law you are clearly demonstrating you dont love god.
Notification: You've been using the wrong interpretations. The proper understanding that biblical creation is of spiritual nature, not material nature has been discovered. Biblical creation is metaphors for psychological factors not material and is the creation of Adam.
Thats not true Voddie a true saved believer is not judged on a good day or bad day you don't become unsaved on your bad days...don't preach that nonsense to believers. Making Gods children think they can lose their salvation/ God said no man or nothing can take you from my hand or the Fathers...
You may need to listen again to the beginning of his message after he read 1John 1: 5-10. Then continue listening to the rest of his sermon and you will clearly see that he did not imply this at all.
