Whoa, listening to this makes me feel like a virus is literally fighting my throat, I can feel the strange, unusual sensations all around my throat and neck when I listen to this. It's like the virus is dying, and it's fighting back and it's causing such an uncomfortable feeling, like my throat's being attacked or something. I've never felt something like this. I feel like this virus may be the main cause for all of my issues, especially my extreme breathing difficulties, but I'm not sure yet because I haven't done enough research. Whenever I listen to this, I feel like my entire body and immune system is becoming healed. I'm really grateful for this video and for this channel! Thank you for all that you do. I listen to this on my phone, through TH-cam videos. It works. Without earphones, even though not audible, I find it effective, loop it if needed. Audible with earphones. Along with lemon water, lymph drainage and circulation, and other organ audios that help with detoxing body, liver, kidney, spleen. Experiment and intuition will help find what works best for clearing die offs. Activated charcoal on an empty stomach with water is helpful also for detoxing.

Heads up for people who couldn't hear this. I was not able to hear this frequency on my older iPad. ( weird because other frequencies work ) but I am able to listen and hear this on my newer phone.

Using a phone, keep it within a foot or two from your body. If phone overheats, I found it helpful to rest it on an ice pack, with dry cloth between. The heat will be drawn off into the ice pack.

Hello. I use noise-canceling headphones (earmuffs) intended for noisy work in the garden, because the frequency is intended to diffuse in the body where the virus multiplies it is not useful to listen to it. I have to protect my ears from tinnitus.
