It's purely an ironic coincidence that the song's beat is appropriate for CPR. They didn't incorporate anything when they wrote it and it had nothing to do with Barry's heartbeat. 100 is the upper max of a resting heartbeat and I doubt that his was that high.

I LOVE The Bee Gees! They have a song “How Deep is Your Love” and it’s my favorite song by them! And the way the song starts with all their harmonies is the best intro to a song that I’ve ever heard!
