It was DUTY FREE by INTERNATIONAL TREATY with CANDA, and ONLY CONGRESS had the legitimate right to REGULATE COMMERCE! Not some Housing Lawyer with a Catholic POPE Complex! James Fern no longer has a License To PRACTICE LAW!!!! He thought he should have POPE POWER. He was jealous of what he called my "PROSPECTIVE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL."
