I dream supersonic ... One of my favorite Metal songs - just perfect - and it aged amazingly well. My son inherited my vinyl of this release which I had worn down quite a bit.
I GOT NOTHING TO SAY! JUST LISTEN TO MY FAVORED WARRIOR`S ALBUM FOR HUNDRET SOMETHING TIME! AGAIN! THE FIRST TIME IN 1991, BUT IN 1990 I BOUGHT THEIR FIRT ONE! WAS I RIGHT ABOUT THIS BAND IN 90ties??? YES, I WAS!!! HERE WE ARE NOW! I`M PROUD AND HAPPY OF MYSELF! BUT MAINLY THE BAND! YEARS GUYS YEARS! REGARDS, THOMAS(POLAND-CHICAGO)
Absolute perfection. Warrior Soul have yet to release a crap album, but the first three ones for Geffen, are some of the greatest rock/metal albums ever made.
I was going through some crazy crap when Warrior Soul out came out. The music helped a lot to keep me from doing some really stupid shit. God bless rock n roll.
Highly underrated group. Incredible sound, lyrics, and vision. I picked up their first album in 1987. During a long the faded journey, I realized Warrior Soul sang and exhibited the frustration of our generation at the time. Surprisingly, their music and words are hauntingly relevant today. Listen, discover, embrace, and tell others of Warrior Soul.
I can't believe there's not one goddamned video on TH-cam honoring drummer Mark Evans. I get that WS was not a household name, but honest to God legitimate rock and roll fans KNOW Warrior Soul. They KNOW what happened to Mark, and they KNOW that he didn't deserve to die like that. Mark was a great drummer. He knew how to get a great sound, he knew how to play exactly what the song called for, and he had some of the best feel and time I've ever heard. He definitely inspired me in terms of how I would approach creating a part for the songs we were writing. I don't make videos for TH-cam because frankly, I think I suck at it. But maybe it's time for the exception to the rule.
Quality band. Hard rockers with a hardcore punk attitude and produced a sound that is totally their own that no band to my knowledge has ever come anywhere near to matching. Absolutely brilliant and one of my fave acts of all time.
Possibly the greatest album intro ever. Better than the bells on back in black even. God I miss these guys, saw them in Wolverhampton way back when, still have the signed cd sleeves . Good times
Far beyond there time! The music is as strong today as the day it was written, so either time has stood still or we have yet to reach polarity. I'm going with time stands still every time I fire up Warrior Soul.
Korey Clarke was WAY ahead of his time... The man is a lyrical genius mastermind! (Damn!) An impeccable start to what is an absolute whopper of an album! " I can't live unless I'm free, you've got to run to stay with me"... Find your FREEDOM TODAY... So here we are in August 2020, reflecting on your words Korey, it's as if you knew what lay ahead, all those years ago... Peace!
Thanks Jhontsoch! I wore out like five of these cassettes and two cd's. This doesn't wear out!! I lived and breathed this album for quite a spell. Inspirational. Saw them open for Queensryche and was blow away. Made Queensryche seem boring as hell.
@John Stikittadaman i was lucky enough to get treated to a free show in my own back yard from warrior soul wayyyyy the fuck up here in norther Mi. Cory Clark's parents live in Traverse City Mi. They just finished up with touring and were wrapping it up. But Cory decided to do a hometown show in very popular bar there. That was just fucking beautiful. Long live W.S!!!
I remember the first time i heard this album by the east river in Brooklyn, gpoint NY, When i was 15 years old . smokin pot for the 1st time . It blew my mind! what a great album!!! masterpiece. Heavy Metal Rock!
seen them in '90 at the Marquee in NYC. Opening band was Love Hate; man we were young, always trying to find someone old enough to drive to go see a show.
Just beautiful. Warrior Soul, Type O Negative, Life of Agony, Danzig, Anthrax, Overkill, Cro-Mags, Circus of Power are a few of all the great bands from the NYC / New Jersey scene ... I'm from Finland and Sweden, but I listen to these great bands like I'm a local scene kid back in the late 80's / early 90's. The east coast sound is dark, beautiful and often has a meaning to it, like Warrior Soul. West coast is (or was, my mind's still in 1990) all for the hair and glamour people. East is real.
This band should have been mega famous like Guns n Roses. They are still one of my favorite bands even now with Korys vocal issues. They have never had a song i didnt like.I cant say that about any other band accept Alice in Chains.
standing at the crossroads showered in cast stones the truth will be known as we kick the king right off his throne I'm the anti , anti king I'm the anti , anti king
One of the best rock intros of all times one of the best underrated metal rock bands of all times ...

Greatest album ever ever ever! ♡♡♡ :)))
Every album was a milestone in my development as a human being. Thank you Warrior Soul. Forever.
It was fuel to my fire at the time. This album lives in my heart forever.
i listened to this album non stop for at least two years..smoking weed and marlboro's!!
Wicked album, very under rated and yet very influential, kind of like Mother Love Bone.
One of the Best Album of the 90's..... Magic and Original....

Noch ein enorm unterbewertes Rock Album der 90'er Weltklasse von Anfang
bis Ende Enorm hohes Handwerkliches Nivau der New York Boys
One of the best progressive 90s Metal bands of all times! Sad how Kory Clark lost his voice! I will always love them! 💕
Quality band. Hard rockers with a hardcore punk attitude and produced a sound that is totally their own that no band to my knowledge has ever come anywhere near to matching. Absolutely brilliant and one of my fave acts of all time.
... Best album opening intro sequence, they are the best...

I agree, I have a hard time listening to Gn'r now a days but this shit never gets old.
When I get tired of the first three I'll dive into chill pill. Rinse and repeat. It never gets old.
Screaming with attitude. Fucking brilliant.
Pete the bass player rules! Check out the heavy bass lines, something every bass player should aspire to.
victoria jacob best metal bassist period
Selten ist mir ein Album direkt beim ersten Ton so um die Ohren geflogen. Das ist heilig. Immer noch.
Fuckin awesome one of the best bands ever timeless!!!
Prophet's of reality ... bar none.!!!
The title-track always reminded me of Jane's Addiction a lot. Fuckin' love Warrior Soul.
"Three Days"?
Woke me to reality
Yes!!!

one of my top five favorite bands ever
The pipes on Kory along with great lyrics and hard as cords never get old. These guys were the real deal.
seen them in '90 at the Marquee in NYC. Opening band was Love Hate; man we were young, always trying to find someone old enough to drive to go see a show.
Masterpiece
Great album - metal with both a progressive and a punk'ish edge to it... and always loved their interpretation of "Interzone".
one of - if not the best rockn and rockn roll band of all time - heroically delivered speech
Naked and bleeding, Weeping for the future. Desperately forging the greatest album since The Wall.
Greatest album ever!!!
I dream supersonic ♡♡♡
If only this band was still around in 2008 to the 2010s. Eerily relevant today.
Absolute quality
Niezły album - no i stare czasy się przypominają ile kroć biorę płytę do ręki. Co nie Adaś ??

Still one of my favorite bands ever.
Great band from the area where I grew up. Too bad they never made it big. A master piece album.

AMAZING MUSIC !
Kory Clarke was the drummer for the original L-Seven... pretty cool band.
I really liked them; too bad they didn't get more exposure; commercial rock radio sucks !
