- This weeks episode we share with you our luck fishing at the tip of Australia catching huge fish. We also share our memories of our final stretch to the tip with stops at some amazing waterfalls. We also get woken into at Loyalty beach loosing some expensive camera gear and footage.

Apologies for the video just ending as mentioned in our video we were broken into and some camera gear was stolen along with some footage. All in all we still had an awesome time 🙌🏻

Guys I am so sorry you were broken in and lost so much gear( what a dirty and completely un-Australian thing to do ) I seriously hope Karma comes into play with the scum bag that violated your home and undoubtedly tainted your trip too the top. On another note what an inspiration you both are, I truely look forward too all your vlogs, I am mainly bed bound but your joy of life and your open friendliness is so infectious, I wish you both many happy adventures and please keep travelling ( Walkabout ) for many more episodes. Thank you for the joy and happiness you bring me as well as all the places that I will never see myself.
Yeah we were really upset but to look at the bright side they could have got away with a lot more as they had my camera bag all packed and in the bush! Got lucky! So awesome that you support us every week and that our episodes bring you some joy, messages like this mean more to us than anything else and we are so grateful for what we get to see and do. Thank you so much for your vlogs and your wonderful inspiration, just a funny point I was born in Kitwe Zambia and my parents/ family moved too Australia 🇦🇺 in 1971 and became an Aussie in the early 80’s. Great episode, following your adventures with interest! Did the CY trip from Adelaide solo last year (no van) and loved it, but have to say that the Jardine ferry has to be one of the most expensive and inefficient services I have ever encountered! Wait times and queues are ridiculous - when I came back, I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get on, with a line of over 150 cars, vans and boats on the northern side. For heaven's (and everyone elses's) sake BUILD A BRIDGE!!! ( 3 ferries moored end to end and you would have one anyway!) I was warned about theft at Seisia, Loyalty Beach and Alau Beach campgrounds - seems to be a local industry - sucks when you lose stuff that you have worked hard for to some low-life opportunist 😡😡😡

Oh my dear, I literally did wet my shorts, dropped the camera, and you wouldn't have heard some select words off camera! Those sharks were as big as the tinny and 2 of them!

Hi guy’s, a good way to soften potatoes before you cook them is to wrap them in wet paper towel and microwave for a couple of minutes, then throw them in the fire or oven. Keep up the great content, hopefully one day we’ll cross paths.

Thanks mate, no news so far! We got lucky as they had the camera and all the fishing gear in a pile ready to go but left it behind so could have lost triple the value! Thankful for what we didn't lose!

So sorry to hear about the theft of your camera gear but what an epic journey you have had . We did the Cape trip in 2017 but left our caravan at Mt Carbine and took a tent (we are quite a bit older than yourselves ) but thoroughly enjoyed the trip . Have a safe trip back down the Development Road .

Hi Corrie and Lyn, this is an awesome message! Nothing inspires us more than to hear that we have helped inspire other to travel! The break in was horrible, we lost alot but it could have been worse. They had all our Cannon camera equipment packed up and our fishing gear but obviously got disturbed! Our canopy handles broke with the corrugations and we couldn't lock them, it was an easy steal! You will be okay if you can lock up! Thanks for the support and looking forward to your travel stories!
