❗BAD REVIEW ❗
The main problem with the hotel is the lack of staff.
- Check-in and check-out take a long time (sometimes you stand in line for more than 30 minutes)
- At check-in, prepare cash for a deposit of €400 or $
- At breakfast, you almost always wait at least 10 minutes for a table (staff can't keep up with clearing the piles of empty plates, so your table is cluttered)
- 90% of activities (for children) are paid, even though this is not mentioned anywhere during the reservation
- Everything is old - often almost falling apart (currently undergoing renovations, but...)
- The water in the main pool (with the bar) is hot
- The rooms and hotel premises are dirty
- Except for the room, you won't find air conditioning anywhere (you can't breathe in the elevator, especially if others get in with you)
- High prices at the bar, beach restaurant, ice cream stand... (tips are automatically added to the bill)
- You can't consume anything of your own by the pools, otherwise you risk a fine of 500 BTH!
- There are no smoking rooms (an ashtray by the trash can in direct sunlight, with no seating, is sufficient for them!)
Despite all the shortcomings, we tried to enjoy our vacation, but don't be fooled by the nice photos and read the reviews!

Was the lazy river and slides open or closed ? ( was told it was closed for renovation work )
