I agree that 8c kid can be a problem for doflamingo but 4 red roc is overkill imo, dead card in the mirrror which is going to be the most common matchup and it will cost you games running that many. It's also not needed for 10drop characters because you should already be in a position to lethal your opponent if they drop one.
It's a preference card in my opinion i think 3 and 3 it's fine as well but I just think red rock it's easier to fit with other plays but I don't blame you it you want to play more of the other. Cards as well
It's a nice 1 time ability but as an engine I do t think you want to put cards in to of your deck to activate leader ability so it eats an spot in the deck on an already tight deck there are cards that I much more rather play like 10 drop kaido or boa blocker or flamingo blocker I think those cards are better but didn't make the cut coz space reasons
