Sir,with due respect,i want to know the pin voltages of 3 SMD transistors atPWM SECTION IN PHILIPS 4929 INDUCTION COOK ER.IF the gate is0.01 v. Without IGBT ,can i poot IGBT now.Because I am not getting 0.00 voltage at gate of IGBT. Please reply me sir.
