Second season was kinda a bad nonsensical mess that was aierdly rushed had dialog references events wich don't happen and fights that last 2 seconds and have no actual impact on the story
More like IRON ultraMan. It's an alternate reality thing. More often than not, the alternate reality stuff doesn't work out and they ignore basic rules, history, and characterization to do "new things." I much prefer the live-action Ultra Man and the classic storyline. If people like that CG stuff, fine for them. Not for me! Quibbling about this may not matter much. Netflix is cutting back A LOT because their subscriber base has fallen substantially and they're not making a lot of money. Too much competition and they drove away a lot of people with the price hikes on subscriptions!

Shin Hayata doesn't remember his memories, he was told about them by the SSSP
It was a combination of the accident with Shinjiro, Ide's confession and seeing that picture of Bemular that jogged Shin's memory.
