Did this on an Iphone 5s and my best run yet was up until the blue section, im simply not fast enough to do shortcuts to save some time before lava speeds up.

Rotate your screen around 30 degrees then quickly jump. By the way you can’t do it on a truss, just so you know.
I’m a pro who beat 4 intenses and ladder flick is still a struggle so practice..
