@@adurham3390 ONCE A PROPERTY HAS BEEN FORECLOSED ON BY COUNTY OR ISD FOR BACK TAXES IT GOES TO AUCTION. IF NO ONE BUYS IT THE COUNTY ALLOWS GROUPS OF ATTORNEYS TO BID TO SELL THEIR STRUCK OFF PROPERTIES FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR.
EVERY COUNTY IN AMERICA DOES THIS. CONTACT YOUR SHERIFFS DEPT THAT HANDLES TAX SALES AND ASK THEM WHO HANDLES THEIR STRUCK OFF PROPERTIES OR TAX RESALE PROPERTIES.

* Drive for dollars go on dead end street
* Look at tax delinquent list. Check tax assessor office
* Code violations list. Go through public records

I definitely appreciate it and welcome to the channel! For the property assessment list you can definitely email public records for that list and the same goes for tax delinquent list. I find it a bit easier to sift the list via a computer though. They typically send a large number of names through an excel spreadsheet but that could be different depending on where you are located.

Welcome to the channel! The county/tax accessors gives a bit of information for free because it’s public record.
Contact the County and ask for the list of liens against it, I believe

Thanks for the question! The biggest tip I have is to dive in and get started. Analysis paralysis keeps a lot of us back and at some point for me, I had to take the leap and get started. I was a teacher for many years in DC and finally decided to take that leap and start creating generational wealth for our family.

There is a difference ...that's all I'm saying. I have a few veterans in my family and they are all in real estate because they are provided incentive when purchasing property.
