    He shall grow not old,
as we that are left grow old,
age shall not weary him, nor the years condemn,
at the going down of the sun and in the morning
    we will remember him
    LEST WE FORGET.
    R.I.P. Sir.

Lest we forget. My service mate broke down 10 years after returning from service. He’s ok now but took many years to recover.

ANZAC Day commemorates the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps at Gallipoli on 25 April 1915. Australia's national holiday is Australia Day which is on 26 January when the First Fleet landed at Sydney Cove in 1788.

Did he just say that anzac day is something like the 4th of july? Isn’t that america’s independence day? Anzac day would be more similar to memorial day, and the 4th of july would be closer to australia day, which isn’t an independence day yet is still a day where people celebrate their country as a whole.

speak for yourself Jimbo, I hate the heat. When its cold you can always put more clothes on, when its hot there's a limit to what you can take off.
