Posco scholarship is not gks scholarship. Not that many students apply for this scholarship especially as it is mainly for stem students. Choose what you want and apply and also make sure the other documents are very good.
I cannot download the form of the recommendation letter from the website, it said that my android browser cannot support it ( i tried chrome & opera). I have to use my phone for it is my one and only gadjet that function properly 😂. Is it okay if i didn't use the form? And just upload the recommendation letter using university format?

It doesn't really matter. If you have things like a good gpa, work experience and also have a very good statement of purpose and recommendation and lastly do well at interview then you are good to go.

Go ahead and add if it's a confirmation that you will get an English report later.It's better than nothing. If they find your application interesting, they might request for the language test later on.

A research plan I think has to be unique for everyone because you are the one who will carry out the research. If another person writes your research plan you risk not fulfilling the objective of your research

Mail a professor doesn't automatically give you a scholarship. The professors decide on what they will give you as living expenses but they will pay your fees. Mail different professors for same major in different universities not in same university. After talking with them they will then tell you what to do for admission. Did you even watch the videos I have on professor scholarship? Because I talked about these things in all the videos on the channel on how to go about professor scholarship in Korea.

The application i opened from the link u mentioned is different. I mention university name in school which is not registering and then gives error.
Press "Enter" after you write your University name. The box will pop out as shown in the tutorial video. =)
