It is one of the first things i would consider taking into account the mechanism of injury/history and your crew member should not let go until the patient is fully immoblised unless the scene becomes dangerous and/or other reason stated in your training/policies and procedures
Gentlemen, how about those pupils? ITLS says that in any case it means that in case of problems we check pupils + glycemia. My friends tell me that both versions are available in the run that does everything
Thanks for this vid, I was just short of passing my emr on the first go, reviewing areas I was weak in and this video helped a lot. Already I realized I was doing the hemorrhage control wrong by doing tourniquet before applying pressure.
good to see the steps missed but then backtracked. but well done. did not get airway breathing and circulation before torniquet. did not do SOAP before c collar. did not expose anything on rbs.
This is the best content I've seen so far. Thank you very much for your hard work. I'm confident in passing my exams.
Good video however someone should still be holding MILS until the person is fully immobilised using collar, scoop and/or spinal board
That should one one the very first things right?

@@lonelyglader8154 I took it Tuesday, just got the email from NREMT stating I passed.
Did you pass the second time?

also a head to toe on scene did not make sense to me after c collar. get him on the ambulance, get some vitals, and call the hospital
Why not oxygen?
his breathing was good
