Your intros are extremely... sexy... Great outfit as well! Always nice to see new distilleries doing things. I'm curious to see what that new Islay distillery will do (Ardnahoe, I think). I agree with you about ratings, they can seem arbitrary though usefull. Your system seems clear and it was interesting to see you work on it, you'll probably get quicker after a while. French schools use an "out-of-20" marking system as well... not that one should care. Yep, it is depressing to see prices go up automatically... not only is it frustrating to miss out on some stuff because of it, but it can also be potentially dangerous for the industry (loss of customers who can't afford the stuff, new whisky loch, bubble bursting, etc.). Can't wait to see your Waterford review.

The colouring thing is a little bit sus. If it is properly organic that probably means it needs to be new virgin barrels so they can guarantee nothing non-organic has been in there. That is a lot of colour in the bottle for something that has probably been in virgin barrels for not that many years. That said I do like that they are doing something a bit different, love the renewable angle and will probably try it given the chance.

There is actually some chatter about the cask policy on their website. I neglected to include it in the video!
I enjoyed hearing each scoring mark individually. A generic "A" isn't informative enough, in my opinion. Breaking it down was good.
I'm actually glad people are liking this system! I was worried people would find it boring.
