I made this today, 2 things.... i wont put salt in it, ... it tastes weird especially the white layer, also it is a bit too sweet, If you are not a sweet person, i would cut the sugar in half.

请问老师上层白色部分怎样确定是熟了?我刚做了,但是上层蒸了半小时,用牙签插进去拉出来还是有白色的糊黏着,继续蒸了一个小时多,结果还是一样。
还有请问先小火煮3分钟上层的部分是要煮到有点疙瘩那样吗?我在倒在红豆层时看到有点结块。
