Today's menu is a simple/easy dumpling fried rice.
If you have some frozen dumplings in your fridge, you can easily make this.
Adding dumpling into a fried rice is sort of like cheating, it's impossible for it to taste bad lol.
It doesn't really matter what dumpling/mandu/gyoza you use... so, use the one you want :)
Ingredients:
Frozen Dumpling: x6, Bowl of rice (cooked): x1, Egg: x1, Garlic: x2 cloves, Chili Pepper: x1, Oyster Sauce: x1 Tbsp, Salt: x1 Pinch, Vegetable oil: x1.5 Tbsp

Can i just say your editing is one of the best I have ever seen? I actually like simple and quiet videos but your videos... They're so creative and it looks like it takes a lot of work and they're just so... Unique! Truly one of a kind. Not only that but your recipes are also really nice especially because I'm interested in Korean food. I can't wait to try some! :) The ending when you get to eat it also makes me very happy somehow including the music in the background and your smile.

wow i literally searched for a recipe for this 1 hr ago and you read my mind
I tried the recipe! It was delicious!! That combo of pepper and garlic was really good. Since my dumplings were mostly meat, I just cut them into cubes. But that meant less mixture in the rice so I put two eggs in the rice while it was cooking to keep it from drying up. I added green onion to give it some color. Sunny side egg on top, broke the yoke over the rice! Yum!

I’ve had frozen dumplings in my freezer for way too long. Now I have a reason to make them lol. But they’re layered with oil and water for frying. I might have to defrost them first to get that off.
