Not always some friends do stick around, I think it's a warning not to be a good friend and listen to them when they say something feels off. Otherwise they aint gonna risk their lives to save yours cose after all if you'd only listened to the sensible one in the group you now wouldn't be fighting for your lives.
This is a real fear kind of story. The idea of drowning is horrible, and the descriptions of being dragged toward that kind of death are horrifying. Great Job! Not going to keep me out of the pool, but not swimming in ocean anytime soon, 😊!
So at least once, this one choked me up a bit. Okay, maybe more than once. Some of it is because my own grandpa served in the US Navy during WWII (though he was in the Pacific Theatre) along with several other relatives who also served in the USN. But. What really got me is because I'm a genealogist. I can not tell you the number of times someone I'm helping has said, "Oh, and my Gramps/Granduncle went into the North Sea during the War." Some were Royal Navy, others were RAF. I know the RAF lost nearly 6,000 to the North Sea. I don't know what would be worse. Having your ship sink out from under you or having your plane break apart mid-air. I loved the creepy parts of this, but I also really appreciated the little details, like the uniform description and just the opportunity to have a few moments to think about some of the real-life young men who all must have had balls of steel to do the jobs they were all sent to do. This was dope. A+++
I agree whilst it was scary when i caught on it hit a nerve as i said the light house did it's role it guided them home. I think for me between being shot down or trapped on board a sinking destroyer I'd have to go with air because as least then you have some chance of escape on a large destroyer trapped below desk would be an horrific way to go.
👍👍marvelously unequaled, this was exciting and chilling. When you value a camera more than your life. You lose. I enjoyed and loved this amazing story. Thanks Jordan 😇💖
I have absolutely petrifying thalassophobia and have all my life. I hate all bodies of water- from small creeks to lakes to the Mariana Trench. I’ve flown all over the world but only on tranquilizers was I able to get through a long flight over open water without severely incapacitating anxiety.
This was awesome. Reminded me of when I was stationed in Germany and a group of us were given a cleaning detail on an old ammo bunker. While cleaning we noticed a heavy power cable that ran into the back wall near the bottom left corner. We tried pulling it out but it wouldn't budge. We notified our commander and they pulled us out. Over the next three weeks we saw heavy equipment and many covered douce and a half's come out. When it calmed down we went to investigate and all we found was about tree acres of turned soil. To this day I belive we discovered a long forgotten bunker. Who knows what treasures or nightmares was there 🤔
Thank you Jordan 🫶❤. Might have to go to the hospital soon 😢. My head has been hurting like it did before I was diagnosed. Feels like someone is stabbing me in my brain with a knife 🔪

@@user-PuppyDan that is so true.. and if somebody says something is off the first thing I think of is a scary movie and I'm out of there too 😂😂
Totally agree with your opinion

Honestly I would rather drown than burn
The lighthouse did it's job, guided the sailors home.

As soon as I heard the narrator was a movie director, I thought of the Call of the Dead map from Nazi Zombies.
