So tenacious, determined, task-oriented, definitely. Quite democratic. I'm amused at the "circular suburbs" where Nature is completely subdued, yet the intention was to "live in harmony with nature" (small print: as long as it does EXACTLY what I tell it).

Thanks you for giving us spectacular drone camera views without humanity traveling there and adding to the erosion and other detrimental impacts, with the carbon footprint travel creates. While some hardy, wealthy souls can get on the ground to experience such a fantastic place, most of us have to accept whatever technology can remotely bring to our ordinary mornings pedaling on exercise bikes or doing a treadmill. I am immensely grateful you have shared this with us. Virtual travel is all most of us have to see the world. I hope we can find a way to make sure our descendants have this same opportunity.

In that Way you are right about “less Than a million” Denmark is not at “socialist country” as you write. We offer free Education all the Way througt to university and free healthcare for everyone. We don’t relay on insurrance but financering these welfare benefits througt taxes. In this video there are many images that are not from the country of origin, Denmark. Our highest "mountain" is less than 200 m high. Faroe Islands and Greenland are not considered Denmark's country of origin, they were occupied... the people who live there do not see themselves as Danes.

There are so many reasons Denmark has remained so beautiful. But even Denmark isn’t immune to change, everyone under the age pf70 can speak English and unfortunately the Youth continue to use English more and more frequently. It’s gotten so bad you barely hear people conversing in their native language.
denmark is the 12th largest nation, and by far the least densely populated with nearly a km2 per person. all be it 98 percent inland ice of greenland. but there is land beneath most of greenland unlike large parts of antarctic for instance. and to those people saying greenland should not be counted, that is the same as to say midwest in usa, or alaska, or most of canada, or sibiria or central asian deserts and tibet highlands or sahara or amazon should not be counted either just because they are mostly wild nature and not populated much. if anything denmark should be even larger as they could be argued as counting much of the ocean as part of their coastal land. because our "wastelands", unlike siberia or canada, is even more consisting of ocean, as oppose to inland waters, like lakes and fjords. they are areas with many maritime ressources so they are often more valuable than the same area of, say, siberia or sahara. if we count only land and km2 that can produce any value to humans. a km2 of icy ocean is still better than a km2 of sahara. but this is of course a stretched talking point and it should be enough to just count land. which as i said, puts denmark at 12th place. and second place in europe only behind russia. but in terms of km2 per person, denmark is an order of magnitude bigger than second place.

A person below finds the narration in this film "calming". I find it, as I do with many narrated films, somewhat annoying. The narrators seem so often to not sound natural, and end up sounding like their talking to kindergarten children in a manner in which many adults feel they must talk to children. Why do producers of documentaries believe this is necessary. I've got no problem with the scenes or the information.
From first of April until the first of October , and all weekends , you can live in these house , they're maximum 50 square metres , the houses are bought and the lot is rented from the municipality . You can't buy them and sell them to make a profit.

What an interesting collection of sceneries from Denmark. It appears that Denmark is more than just a socialist nation, but seems variated in a degree that you would think was entitled to much larger countries. Most of Denmark's population live in the main country with 5,7 Million people and Faroe Islands with less than a Million and not far from the same amount in Greenland (which by the way are part of the North American Continent). But even with a population smaller than that of New York US (less than a third) - Denmark has a main influence on the Global scene. Amazing country.

Only thing this video told me was, as a Dane I need to get OUT of Denmark and go visit the FAROE ISLANDS, which is being depicted here. NOT Denmark. (Already lived in Greenland, but I recommend others to visit there, too).

What an interesting collection of sceneries from Denmark. It appears that Denmark is more than just a socialist nation, but seems variated in a degree that you would think was entitled to much larger countries. Most of Denmark's population live in the main country with 5,7 Million people and Faroe Islands with less than a Million and not far from the same amount in Greenland (which by the way are part of the North American Continent). But even with a population smaller than that of New York US (less than a third) - Denmark has a main influence on the Global scene. Amazing country.

In regards to what you state about Faroe islands with less than a million, yeah the statement is true, but it makes it sound like it is close to 1 million, the populations of Faroe islands and Greenland are both about 55k.
@@zzsaszz I do know that Denmark has a Capitalistic Government. I was referring to the common way that Americans see all the Nordic countries as Socialist States. Your Society though, have come a long way in securing their citizens in contrary to the Capitalism in less developed countries - like the US. I just think that you should be proud.
Denmark is a Capitalist country not socialist , Socialism is an economic system with planned economy , in the most classical sense Socialism is also a system where the state own means of production, however today it's viewed a little broader however it would be planned economy, in Denmark we have an open market economy, we actually have less regulation on business than the USA , Americans don't ever call all the non Scandinavian countries socialist who also have tax funded healthcare and education while most countries in the world actually have at least tax funded healthcare ,and tax funded higher education is completely normal in Europe yet Americans would never say Germany, France, Scotland or Turkie socialist, Denmark is actually not even a "social democracy" as many Americans who have understood we aren't socialist claim, Denmark is first of all a Constitutional representative democratic Monarchy , if we were socialist the King would have lost his head or fled the country!, as Socialist are actually republican (not American republican as in conservative but the original meaning of the word against Monarchy) the political ideology in the center in Denmark is called social liberal , so we are a social liberal country , on the left we have social Democrats , Greens and socialists on the far left, on the right we have libertarian (classical liberal) conservatives and nationalists
