Hardly. Fly Singapore Airlines. The most modern fleet, even Economy beats BA Business Class. BA has the oldest aircraft some are 25 years old. Singapore are 2-3 years old and the staff are a thousand times better. From a Brit🇬🇧
Therein lies the problem. Honouring a preexisting ticket seems harder than purchasing a new ticket when the carrier states there are no flights available. BA seemed to be selling flights today one way when a friend was told no flights were available. I tried a long wile to get through to see the flights and gave up. 2nd option was to purchase an executive flight on the same carrier. Got through to them almost immediately .. strange .. . Questioned them a while on stuff, they refused to put me though to a manager when it became apparent that I was asking for availability and intention to book a flight, but also existing flights that were cancelled. We need to treat folk the way they treat us I think
You have never travelled by a competent carrier perhaps? Luthanser and Finnair I find superior. Admittedly I was first class on Luthanser and business on Finnair, but I never had cause to pick a phone up on either to figure where the plane was. BA should stick to airfix I think if they cannot figure how to pick a phone up in less than 5 mins or arrange a flight booked a week or so ahead.. As for the lame excuse of blaming it on the software company, I guess BA chose the software company, so it is rather like crying your shoes are not polished a week down the line. Shame on BA
