What a fantastic find, I can't believe it's not been vandalised. The singer sewing machine is worth loads on its own. The wardrobes and chests of drawers upstairs would be lovely cleaned up, its a shame its all been left to rot.

That owl was beautiful, it's amazing to actually see one. I live in the country and I hear a few owls but never see them. One time I was lucky enough to see a barn owl, it was flying next to the car and it was gorgeous. I love all birds, I've got a few including a crazy amazon parrot!! X

The farm house we brought was just like that it time capsule. For two years we lived in three rooms in giant house. We just locked the rest of the house off When my partner was away I wouldn't go into that part of the house. I was very creepy. We did up the second house on the farm live there now but old house is still standing and I won't go in there at night, now it has no electricity. We'd only been on farm two months when he found out the old guy that owned before us collapsed and burnt to death in a fire pit on the farm. You can see why I was creeped out in the old house.
Wish I would've found this channel a long time ago!! Absolutely love that yall replay the sounds you hear with enhanced audio, and don't get scared and run off when you hear them!! Hey I've seen this house before!! Proven Demons went there not to long ago, I specifically remember the top of the stairs bc of that random railing. This place is the most beautiful house I've ever seen!

Beautiful Rover! I’m a bit of a car geek and had many Rovers. Best British make there ever had been. Sad they weren’t busy and sold out to BMW. Great explore. It’s a time capsule...

Brilliant investigation. Made me feel uncomfortable seeing griff so uncomfortable, especially when he normally seems so fearless.
This was a very intense location. I kept expecting someone to just walk in on you. Didn't hear any voices but plenty of bumps and bangs. With there being a water tank turning on, could very likely been the reason for some of those sounds. The house itself looked like it was frozen in time. Awesome video guys

What a very weird place to have been empty for long but still in such a condition that it looks as if the former residents just left in hurry. You'd expect a place like that to have been looted. The furniture reminded me of my Grandmother's house, the mirrors the stand alone cupboards, either someone still goes there now and again or it's well protected by someone.... But you guys just walked in. Very very strange, not surprised you guys were on edge.... Could you see anything around that may have signalled the someone still lives there?? Apart from the power and water being left on. Great vid guys and damn great to see the owl.
That's what I was thinking. They had some really nice, expensive pieces in that home, but still there they sat. Very strange indeed.
It was a very surreal location to say the least. Griff was certain that somebody was still living there, it was very tense to say the least.

Brilliant content as usual guys. I have so many unanswered questions about this location, firstly why would it have a smart meter? It doesn't look like anyone's lived there since at least the 60's / 70's with the age of the TV and furniture. Then upstairs why was the tank making a noise as if water was running? Also the car! Seems like it's a more recent car than the 70's.. oh and all those antiques, whoever owns that property is sitting on a small fortune in antiques alone. I agree that it was a very tense location, I never normally get that nervous watching your videos (apart from 30 East Drive) literally I had knots in my stomach!
