Never seen anyone eating avocados with sugar .Here in USA we eat them raw or making a paste with diced onions and tomatoes and little bit seasoning .I have a suggestion if you take avocado seeds with you and try growing them in Pakistan.Reason is avocados and mangoes are grown in Mexico and mangoes are also grown in Pakistan.These countries share the same soil and weather.

I live in Boston USA . We get just like Uk rain . That’s why our states are called New England. It’s very beautiful in USA north east too . The only thing I don’t see that men usually do . Cleaning and cooking done by men in USA. May be in Uk men don’t cook and clean . If you settle abroad one has to cook and clean . You could get maids to do these things but it’s very expensive. I am very 😢sad for 400 Pakistani drowned or they were drowned on purpose . And sad for those two Pakistani killed in titanic sub mishap. I pray for all Pakistani In Pakistan and abroad.
I jumped and cried with happiness and tears of joy when I passed my PLAB exam. I was over the moon, but then I realised it’s not my exam that I have passed, but it’s Anya and Maria’s exam and they have passed !!! and in that excitement. I forgot that I have a baby in my lap , whome I have woken up and then I realised more that I have not even given PLAB exam because I am not MBBS doctor ha ha ha ha ha actually I am a BDS from Pakistan hoping to give ORE since 4 years but couldn’t do that because of financial issues. She hasn't got a job in uk, she has been allowed to work in uk as a doctor. Now she needs to apply applications in hospitals, appear for interview and if selected ( which she will be as she is talented) she will work in that hospital. PLAB is a mandatory entrance exams for overseas doctors to prove they are good enough to work in uk. It is regulated by GMC (general medical council uk)

Drumsticks ko , you could easily marinate and bake it or air fry is best,for sandwiches, it’s good to gril or toast the bread slices, unless it’s a cold sandwich, so this time you toasted it in pan , very yummilicious, Avacados with sugar😯😯very fattening, avocado has calories also and suger is also , so lethal combination, avacadoes have very good fats but you spoilt it with suger and lost or decreased its benefits, any ways if you are working hard , walking exercising and can consume this much suger, but for those who are dieting to lose weight and for pre diabetics it is not recommended❤❤❤❤

For constipatation vest thung just take 1 spoon olive oil and few drops of lemon in it and take it ysually in mornings in empty stomach thungs would b fine

Shugafta jee you yourself knows many desi ilaaj but if you have not tried yet than for constipation why don’t you use figs injeer in your diet or make fig shake and add butter in it too than drink it - it will help to clear your stomach and resolve your constipation issue
For constipatation vest thung just take 1 spoon olive oil and few drops of lemon in it and take it ysually in mornings in empty stomach thungs would b fine
