This was a great video. One thing that I used to have a hard time with was the quantity of rice to add

Thank you. and yes it can get tricky because it depends on the rice some takes more water some less. For me i use 3 cups of water for 2 cups of jasmine rice. 4 cups of water for 2 cups of Basmati and Parboil rice. They cook to perfection (according to me) that way.
