Man thank you for dropping a new video on Rav4 accessories, i'm looking for more videos on additional LED lights for the interior etc. this steering wheel is tough i might get it 💯
Thank you so much for making this video, and making it so detailed and linking everything. I just bought a 2023 Toyota Highlander and wanted to do some upgrades that are close to OEM. I Appreciate you. please make more videos!
It depends if this system has the same plug you don’t have to, but in order to have heat on the new steering wheel you need to do the wiring installation, check the connectors first
I'm a bit confused on the steering wheel bolt. You say "Do not remove it all the way", but then in the next scene it's no longer there. When is it safe to remove the bolt entirely and why is it important to be careful around it?

I have a 19 rav4 le with no heating steering wheel. Do I need to plug in the harness and connect the fuse if I don’t have the heated steering wheel?
If you wanted to work yes
Good job!
On 2022 Toyota Rav4 xle. Do I need to transfer the new spring plug or can I use the stock one that already has the heat steering wheel wiring?

Question, I already have heated steering wheel. Will I need to add that wiring harness and add a fuse for this new wheel?
You need to add what you see in the video because this system has its own harness
so if my car already has heated steering wheel then i don't need to run that wire to the fuse box like you did, correct?
Im not sure what connection is on the oem wheel, you need to look into that

Not all the way because when you pull in the steering wheel to get it loose you need the bolt in there to not hit you in the face or damage something
Hi. I bought a heating pad off of ali express. Have you seen those kind of heating pads for the steering wheel?
Hi, not really, but should be easy to wired, probably to the fuse box
Is there a spot by the clockspring you’d recommend to tap into for power? The kit came with a fuse box already
Did you buy the steering wheel you changed out from the same website? I like the first steering wheel with the carbon fiber look.

How many volts is that drill that you used??
Milwaukee Stubby 12 volts
Do you know the size and torque of the steering wheel bolt?
T55, 33ft-lbs
Thank you
I used the same fuse location and am getting constant power even when the vehicle is off, any recommendations?
That’s how mine works, with the switch I can turn the heater on even when the car is off
Do you have a link to the steering wheel to purchase? Thanks!
