- We tried the famous Dragon's Breath Candy Dessert inside CNE in Toronto Canada 2024. It was a cool experience, but the nitrogen evaporated quickly, after just 3 minutes or so. The cup does not have any nitrogen in it, only the puffs were soaked in nitrogen before giving to us. We were told to chew it as much as we can until the smokes disappear before swallowing it (I guess this will reduce the risk of any injury to the Gastro-Intestinal lining). All 4 of us, Maddy, Mommy, Daddy, and Sister tried it and it was super fun.
