I watched SO many videos (also all of yours) before i got my 8mm D/C 925 rope. Cuz I didn't like how some of them look like they are kinda stiff, also Myron wrote it in the description of his smaller millimeter silver ropes. SO the research lead me to the 8mm DC rope and it is not stiff at all. Turns right around real sharp. I am 6'3 and have a beard down to my chest, and it does not pinch. Maybe it pinch if you have hair on your head, i dont know. I also don't think that stiffness is common in gold rope chains, because it is about how much they leave in the gap between the links. And they obviously don't want to use more gold than necessary, but with silver, the mass of the metal is not that important. Peruvian gold rope chains apparently good like that, not stiff, maybe i will get a gold chain in the future but for now i just rock with 925. I think your heavy link is more and more tempting. How about silver if I prefer that over gold, are there going to be quality or durability differences?
