That's quite a long layover. There are several quiet areas you can relax at before your flight. There are kids play areas near gate 54 and 59, or the nice quiet area between gate 67 and 68, or at the end gate 64/65 you might want to check out.
Yes you will have to clear Canada Customs first before you can continue to your connection. There is special area for International connection passengers which helps streamline the process somewhat, but you still have to clear Canadian customs first.
Your video of the international arrival area at YVR says it was done March 23, 2023, the same date as this one of the international departure gates? How did you manage to arrive on an international flight, clear customs, and then get back through security to the international departure gates the same day, or were you connecting to another international flight?

There are separate security gates for domestic and international departures. Technically there are 2 domestic security gates (depending on the airline), 1 for international travel, and 1 for U.S. Departures.

Im flying today to Frankfurt by Condor Airline , at 17.50 , I’m staying in Burnaby area at the moment, what time do you recommend me to go from home to YVR airport ? I need advice please, is there going be a crowded line at that time ?
sorry I didn't see your post until now. hopefully you are already at the airport. for International flights, I would say minimum is 2 hours before the flight time if you don't have any backs to check in. if you have bags, add another 30 minutes. this gives enough time to get through security and walk to the gate before they start boarding.
This was about 9:30am in the morning. It starts to get busier closer to noon as many of the international flights to Asia often leave. But there are also fewer scheduled flights to Asia now that pre-covid, particularly to China, so it doesn't get as busy as before
