Use traffic campaign and/or messages campaign to WhatsApp. If you have a website with pixel installed in it then use conversion campaign. Lastly, buy a Facebook ads course to know how to effectively run ads or outsource your ads to an ad agencies. Wishing you all the best and Godspeed!
